I was asked to complete and on-line customer survey and was offered a free gift for doing so. I chose a free trial of Rejuvenex youth protocol facial serum; I was told I would have to pay only P & P of £2.49 which was debited from my account, however, the company have since taken two further payments of £89.99 & £94.94 even though I have returned the "free" product. I cannot get through on the customer service line number quoted and therefore, it seems have no way of getting a refund, I am a 'stay-at-home' mum with no personal income and would never have considered paying this amount for a face cream!! Please can somebody help me get in touch with this company?
