I have order a 'free sample' for cost of postage. I received an eye cream. So far so good, but then I received a month later another cream, which was suspicious. So I have checked my acount and I have been charged twice 95.50 pounds!!! I called the company, apparently in terms and conditions it was written that the free trial is only for 2 weeks and after that you are charged the full price and there after every month!! For something you didn't order!!! There was nothing like that writte anywhere when I pkaced the order!!! I have been promissed the refund for the second product after it has been received back at the factory. ut aAfter reading the previous customers report I am bit worried about the amount I will be refunded. I haven't managed to send back the first item as it is more than 30 days!! To everyone who will be tempted to get a free sample: DO NOT DO IT!!! Nothing is for free!!!
