I purchased UGG boots from a website called "UGG Australia" UGG Outlet Stores which were presented as authentic UGGS but clearly fake. Took several days to receive the order, and very disappointed once arrived. Would not have purchased these boots did I realize they were not genuine UGGS. The company is fraudulently representing a product and it is a shame.
Lo and behold, today the website, www.bottesok.com has been taken over by the official parent company of UGG, here's what it says: This domain was previously held for the sale of alleged counterfeit UGG® products. Control of this domain has been transferred to Deckers Outdoor Corporation, the rightful owner of the UGG® trademark, pursuant to a temporary court order. If you believe that you have been victimized, we suggest that you request a refund from your credit card company. A list of common credit card company phone numbers is available at http://usa.visa.com/merchants/new-acceptance/merchant-acquirer-list.html.
