This guy is a total scam artist, (Inappropriate Content Removed), thief, womanizer and simply an (Inappropriate Content Removed).

My experience with this low-life prick involves Mr. Palacin’s:

· Over-aggrandizing (“romanticizing”) numerous elements of his personal life, history, accomplishments, and wealth,
· Misrepresenting and grossly overstating various of his non-existent business talents, capabilities, and connections,
· Requesting monies up front in exchange for business services which are well outside of his area of expertise,
· Repeatedly requesting rides, loans, meals, and various other kinds of personal or business assistance (“welfare”),
· Non-delivery of the promised business services, with repeated missed deadlines,
· Agreement to a refund and promises to make payment followed by repeated reneging upon arrival of those payback deadlines, and
· Ultimately failing to pay, in conjunction with a mix of non-communication and flat out misrepresentation as to his exact whereabouts (“skipping town”).

My particular experience with Mr. Palacin has left me categorizing him as an indigent and unrepentant con and petty thief, falsely presenting himself as a glamorous and connected, international businessperson (and cancer-curing doctor, if you believe that). The goal of this posting, therefore, is to warn and dissuade you from having any involvement with Mr. Palacin whatsoever on a business or financial level, or even on a personal level, for the protection of your assets as well as your reputation, by way of association. Do so only at tremendous risk, and please consider yourself advised.
