Took money out of my account without my authorization claiming it as a membership fee that i was never even told existed i had received a 7 day free trial but had not used the website after this trial. I have requested a refund but they are claiming as i used the "membership benefits" during my free trial i do not qualify for a refund. Even after this incident I have looked up the website and nowhere does it say that this fee even exists

- I had the exact same thing with Ziinga. Nothing was stated about a monthly fee at all as I don't join sites that con you out of money. I cancelled my membership on the 7th day so well with in any trial period they say they offer. They confirmed to me on 3rd October that I would get a part refund for a payment they forced through unauthorized!! Yet here we are on 24th October, about 50 emails to them and still no sign of the money they have stolen from me! I am furious to say the least and intend on slamming their fake, scam of a business to anyone to stop them from being conned like I have. Something needs to be done about these cretins!
