Hello. I recently downloaded the our-world (game) app which is supported by Tapjoy. I completed an offer, called get approved for a discover it card. I filled out all my information and I sent them a picture of the ending page (a screenshot saying Thank you for completing this offer...) it was proof that I completed this offer. I find it very rude that after sending a complaint ticket, I was ignored. It's been several hours now. In the past I completed an offer for 300 gems, and did not receive them. I sent a complaint ticket ( over 2 months ago) and was never answered back. The offer was free. Then I called them and still no answer I want my gems and would appreciate if I could get some customer service ASAP.
