I have a dispute for a charge of $200. I returned a car & the dealership will not give me an answer on my refund. The ADP Money network says I will get a dispute form via mail (3-5 business days), I have to fillout & sign the form & fax it back. Once they get it, the money will be credited to my account (7-10 business days) then they will start the investigation. Every time I call the customer service #, it takes about 3-5 minutes to be able to talk to a live person & once you get a live person, you have to repeat your info atleast 2-3 times. A simple phone call always takes atleast 15-20 minutes & sometimes you never get an answer and/or you get disconnected & have to start all over again.
