I'll just quote what is in another complaint since what happened to me is exactly the same:
"THEY OFFER A FREE WATCH OR OTHER TO GIFT JUST PAYING S&H $5.95 , ONCE THEY GET YOUR ACCOUNT THE CHARGE ME $ 95.00 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION."
First they made it looks like a free gift for completing a survey and they used the title of amazon. It was not until I saw the same webpage was presented in the name of my college that I knew I was scammed. I wasn't sure what they would do. Now I know. Today I got another watch. I looked up the Internet. It turned out that I might have been entered a so-called membership that will send me a watch every 30 days, since I failed to follow those terms printed in extremely tiny fonts that tells you that it's actually a trial and you have to cancel the order to avoid being charged. Now I have to pay for that! Shame on those people. Also shame on careless me myself. I read the terms in which it says I can cancel the membership by logging on to a website and fill out a form. But when I do so, it says no account recognized. I just send them an email asking how do I cancel this whatever charging me big amount of money which I never authorized. But I'm pretty sure there will be no easy way to get rid of them. Otherwise they will not be reported on this scambook by so many people, won't they?
