An offer appeared on my facebook page offering a free sample of Lift Serum. I paid £5.99 postage and duly received the product. A while later I realised they had taken £84 from my account. This is certainly a scam. I've spoken to my bank
I have also spoken to the company on 08081890374. They said they would refund the money to my account and send me an email o confirm this. To date I've heard nothing. What can I do ?
