Ordered online as it was being advertised through facebook. When I received my confirmed order the email and website didn't match up and the receipt looked unprofessional. When I tried to email them back and ask for a immediate refund the emailed bounced back.
Update: 11/01/2013
Spoken to my bank and its currently going through their disputes department and I have cancelled my card. I suggest everyone does the same.
