Made an order that never arrived. I even paid for shipping insurance just to make sure.
Five months later, Everbuying.com refuses to fully refund me even when I paid their insurance fee. After months of complaints, all they offered me is $20 back (when I paid $36.59) and some coupons.
I feel I've been a victim of fraud.
