I can't believe this but unfortunately it seems like I'm not the only one being scammed. They got me with the military story.....

car has been extremely well maintained with a full service history,
and has not been involved in any accidents. Only 64,375 miles, the car
comes with a 4 Cylinder, 1.6L engine, 2dr. The manual transmission
shifts smoothly and the engine runs great. Title is clear.
I bought it when I was serving in Arnold AFB, Tennessee but I was
promoted and transferred to Elmendorf AFB in Anchorage Alaska for a 3
years period, so I do not want to let it ruin in my backyard therefore
I need a fast and reliable buyer.
The car is already at our Logistic Department from Arnold AFB,
Tennessee crated and ready to go. The shipping will be free for you
because I will transport it using the Internal Logistic Department!
The Logistic Department will deliver the car to the nearest Air Force
Base from your area and from there I will use a tow-truck to have it
delivered at your door. The entire shipping process will take 2-3

After that, they wanted another $1050 for shipping insurance and all of the sudden the total was $4500!!!! I can't believe I was so stupid! Transfer went through MoneyGram, "agent" Tim Griffin.
