While applying for a UK Visa I paid IXP Visa's/Global Visa's to assist me in the complex process. My case manager quit for personal reasons and I was stuck doing the entire visa on my own. I am not mad that my case manager quit I am pissed off that the company did not see fit to tell me. After a week of calls and e-mailing I was finally told that I was to have a new case manager, after she got back from a nice long vacation! I did the visa my self and luckily it got approved but I literally got no help from IXP visa's. After the new case manager finally got in touch with me I told him I wanted a refund. My request got "sent to the directors for review". I think this is IXP code for just close down the account without saying anything because that is what happened. Don't be fooled by this companies (Inappropriate Content Removed). I was and I am out 700$.

- my case manager has left aswell. ive paid £2400 and I want my money back! they haven't done my resume upto Canadian stanards as promised and they haven't got me a job offer as promised...
