On Oct. 16 we ordered a Weber Gas Grill for $679.20. On the payment page there was a link to Amazon.com/gift cards. Casiteki wanted an Amazon gift card for payment. To use a credit card for payment was 15% more for taxes. When Amazon sent an email that the gift card was ready to print, you had to email it to Casiteki. The grill was supposedly sent Oct 18. No tracking number with the free shipping, I was told. Delivery was to be Oct 23-24. When I contacted them that the grill hadn't arrived, Vanessa Moore replied that an investigation had been started. Now no answer to my last 3 emails, no grill and no recourse. Amazon fulfilled their obligation, my credit card company can't help - I bought the gift card, it is between me and a bogus company. Stay away from Casiteki.com.
