my MIL ordered the 'free' trial of this product, unaware that it would be an auto-fill/auto-charge program. They not only charged her twice in a 3 week period but after we complained though they claim to have refunded the money - it wasn't in the account. This charge actually put our account in the negative and we incurred daily charges due to their behavior.
