I ordered the product under the impression that it was free, and that I would only be charged $2.95 total. When they deducted $79.00 from my account the next day, I was very upset.

I immediately called the company and spoke with a representative to get a refund for the product. The representative reassured me that she put in the refund request and that I would get an email shortly. I have not yet received any emails. Not only was there no refund or email, the product was still delivered to my address. I do not want this product and I want my money back. This was false advertisement and I do not want anything to do with it.

I spoke with an agent on the morning of October 24. The agent, named Angel, put in a request for a refund. She told me to wait 3-5 business days for a confirmation email and refund.

6 days later, October 30, 2013, I spoke with another agent named Ellie, who then advised me to return the product with an RMA number that she provided. She also confirmed that I would have to pay for the shipping, even though this was a false advertisement scam.

The agent agreed that I am a victim of false advertisement. I have the screenshot of the Summary of Purchase clearly stating that only $2.95 was to be charged to my account. The agent also informed me that the program normally costs $159.00, but the special that they offered was a free 3 day trial to decide if you want to continue with the program. If you continue with the program, only then are they supposed to charge the account for $159.00.

I was charged $79 the very next morning after I placed the order. How can a customer have 3 days to decide whether or not to continue with the program if they haven't even received anything yet? How can you charge the customer's account when you don't even give them the 3 days to decide once they receive the product?

If anyone else knows how to fix this problem please say so. I am returning the packages at my cost, so they had better refund my account the full amount.

This company needs to be stopped.

Update: 11/08/2013

Finally, they gave me an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) so that I could send the product back to them (at my expense).

Update: 11/08/2013

*PLEASE READ!* *GET YOUR MONEY BACK!*

I did this all in the first week that the incident happened, so I don't know if this will help anyone who has been scammed more than a month ago, but this information will hopefully help someone.

Update: 11/08/2013

With a lot of persistence and firm pressure on the customer service representatives, I GOT MY REFUND! I called as soon as I saw the charges on my card and insisted that I get a refund.

Update: 11/08/2013

The customer service representatives try their hardest to get you to keep the product, but I stayed firm and would not take "no" for an answer. Finally, they gave me an RMA number so that I could send the product back to them (at my expense).

Update: 11/08/2013

You must NOT open the bottles. The RMA number must be clear on the outside of the package. I highly recommend paying for tracking so that you can find out when they receive the return.

Update: 11/08/2013

Once they receive it, call immediately and ask for a confirmation e-mail stating that they have processed the return and will be crediting back your money (a receipt of sorts). Keep calling until you see the money back in your account.

Update: 11/08/2013

The phone number is: 1-866-963-8145

Update: 11/08/2013

The employees have heavy accents (I'm located in the USA). I always made sure to get the employees name, so they know I will hold them accountable. Also, they would not let me speak to a supervisor or the billing department.

Update: 11/08/2013

The address to return the product is:

Your Online Order
12760 Park Ave #1610
Riverton, UT 84065

Update: 11/08/2013

Always ask for an e-mail after you speak with someone. They CAN send confirmation e-mails. I received one with the information for the return (RMA # and address to send it to) and another showing they received the package and refunded my money.

  • So sorry, I posted in my follow up about how I got my refund. Did you call the same phone number? 1-866-963-8145 Maybe if you insist enough, they can give you an RMA number too. They make notations on your account each time you call. If you spoke to the same people, they should know that you have been trying to get a refund since August. I hope you get your money back.

  • The return address I was given was in Savannah GA. According to the BBB there are a lot of companies selling this. The number I was given is not in service. What is new. I am now in the process of writing the company. They don't answer my emails anymore.

  • Contact your bank IMEDIATELY and cancel your credit/debit card before these scammers help themselves to more of your money. This is the only way to stop these scammers from doing more unauthorised transactions. File a notification of disputed transaction with your bank so their fraud division can investigate the charges and hopefully reverse them before they are processed.
Don't trust them to sort anything over the phone or email, they are just trying to keep you waiting in hope for a refund or resolution so they can access your account again and steal more money.
