I scheduled two follow-up appointments for vent cleaning based on my 5 year warranty, which I paid over $1,100 in July 2012. However, both times no one had showed up to do the work. I've called multiple times with no resolution. Therefore, I requested a refund of $800 based on the remainder of my warranty.
