I ordered a free trial of this product in late August 2013; after placing this order, I noticed a $6.94 shipping charge on my credit card bill (shipping was also supposed to be free). I was unable to get in touch with an actual PERSON through the company's phone number, everything is automated and only allows you to order the product or cancel your "subscription". I did not realize by ordering this "free trial", I was subscribing to a monthly subscription of the product. It did not work for me, and then I noticed a charge for $88.92 on my credit card bill. Again, I attempted to contact the company, but all I got was an option to discontinue my subscription, which I did on 9/20/13. I disputed the bill with my credit card company but was unsuccessful because of the "fine print" that I (stupidly) did not read prior to ordering the "free trial" of the product. So, it was about a $100 lesson learned...NO MORE FREE TRIALS over the internet!
