man told me on the phone he was from Microsoft and I had a hacker. He would work on my machine and I let him for $400. In Sept. he called again to tell me we had another problem and he
needed to fix it. I said no. In Oct. he called
again and said I won a new Computer and I said how much for it. He said $399 and I said no. He repeatedly called and I didn't answer. Later I checked my messages and he said "I know your Visa no. and he repeated it and he said I have charged your account and will be sending out the PC." I call that harrasement.
