i have recd a call from vacation gateway for offering holidays package @7549/- for 5D/4N Delux room 3*** and above rating hotel as per listed properties in their sites. I have paid Rs. 7549 two times on 1st Oct-13. When we started chasing booking confirmation, they have offering to stay in Lodge and standard room. and started asking for extra cost to stay in Delux room. Every things have been left over customer care who does not have authorities nor no body is comming over phone.
When we have started chasing for refund the amount, people are disconnecting phone.
Kindly advise, how to get money back from this cheater company and protect people for thier valuable earnings,
