I purchased gold from their website, when asked to contact them through live chat I did. They led me on and asked me to send a picture of my credit card and ID, which i did not do, and continued to lead me on when i told them i would not. So i proceeded to open a dispute with Paypal to try to get my money back, they offered me a resolution to give me the gold i was supposed to get in game and asked me to close the dispute, i caved and did it. they proceeded to log out of the game and somehow kick me off too, it took me another 5 minutes to contact them again and they have yet to do anything for me.

I've encountered the same problem with them too. When i talked to their customer support, I was always told to wait. I'd wait for hours and they would not respond to any of my questions. i felt like they were ignoring my messages.
I eventually filed a dispute to paypal and the next thing i know they finally respond to me, how fishy is that?! They did exactly the same thing to me and told me to close the dispute and they'll fix it. The person leaves without giving me anything. I tried talking to them again and now I'm being told to wait, AGAIN.
I feel like filing a dispute is the only way I can get to them. -

- well i have good news... go to paypal go to bottom and click on contact us then call them i got dispute closed to open clam...lol pay pal worked with me the next day...call them they will get your money back,...
