Co represenative made contact and thret was placed stating that he was responsible for an alledged debt that I took out in 2006. Before contacting me he made a deal to settle an outstanding balance of 2800.00 they would accept 500.00 and close the account. He was told they would issue a warrant for his arrest and have him picked up at his place of work. I knew it was BS being in law the Statute of Limitations is only 3 years for fraud. Both Federally and State wide. I am opening up a class action lawsuit against this company. If you have been defrauded in any way please contact me at (Personal Information Removed) and I will add you to the list of Plaintiffs. They have a track record of fraud and deceptive practices dating back to 2005. Please join in and take advantage of them as they have us.
