I ordered 3 bottles of their Carcina Camboga of which 1 bottle was supposed to be free for a total with shipping of $104.97. No where in their extensive web page does it say you can not take Carcina with a Statin drug. I find out with further research that it would be very dangerous to do so. I am 72 with a heart condition and must take my statins. I am trying to return the product and want full money back as they advertise. Although they list an email address for returns I have not received instructions on how to return after contacting them several days ago. Their email is [email protected], their address is Prima Lite, 10701 Abercorn ST., Savannah,GA 31420.

I discovered that on this "Scambook" website there are several complaints for this same company with a different spellling. They are under Primalite, instead of Prima Lite. They should be combined!

Emails for RMA#. No answer. Called Oct. 29, told call back aft. 5 PM EDT. I did so --same answer, call back the 30th! I told him my doctor says I can't take Garcina while on stain drugs, I need RMA #. Requested call back, he said NO.

Resolved! I got my money back!
