I placed an order totaling $350.00 for 10 32oz bottles of fragrance oils. I made several inquiries by phone, each time I was told that my order was on the way, it had been sent out days ago, the sales associate fell down the stairs, they could not locate the order, the sales associate was not in yet, was in a meeting, would call me back. etc...etc. After not receiving the product, several inquiries to the company I emailed the CEO and was informed I would be receiving a refund. I received a shipment with 2 gallons of oils (32 ounces less than 10 32oz bottles) in plastic jugs with debris floating in it, and 9-16 oz bottles without screw on tops.The CEO signed for the return on 5 Sept 2013. To date I have not received a refund, emails were not answered,and now the phones are disconnected.
