We have a policy with Stanley Warranty for furnace repair. We called On 10/24/12 for service, they told us that they would be out to us in 24 to 48 hours. After 24 hours I went And no service, I went to their place of business and was told By Anne and Jeff that a tech would be at my home by the evening. Guess what, no service, no tech. This place is a fraud, when I went to the office there is a bunch of people (8-10) in a room making out bound sales calls and there was one woman with a document on the wall telling her what to say when she gets an incoming call.
