I had used this company once before paying a one off payment of of $2.08 on the 21 October 2013. They gave me a number on my bank transaction statement no: 888-688-4760. I was never informed that more money would be taken out of my account like it happened on the 25 October 2013. The transaction statement no for the $53.75 bill is: 888-688-4760. Can you please let me know what i need to do to get my money back as i am only on a low income and i can't afford this. Thank you for your time and i look forward to hearing back from you.
