US Citizens are being targeted with a phony work a home scheme By a Company called C&S Logistics Solutions.

I have been out of work since May and constantly looking for a job. I posted My resume on Career Builder looking for work. They contacted me through my email stating that they got my resume from career builder and have a job offer for me.

Well' I though it was a legitimate job offer because I didn't know about any scams going around. I was contacted by phone from a woman named Joanna with a Russian accent to do a phone interview. Once the phone interview was over, they hired me to be one of there Logistics Manager to receive and ship their packages to Russia.

They sent me another email with a link to their Lawyer: Hampton, Barstow & Pelham PLLC, 22 Cortlandt Street, Suite 270, New York, NY, 10007, to sign a 1 year contract for employment. I read and signed the contract and started work the next week out of my home.

I received packages with other peoples names process the packages on my control panel they had me to set up on their webpage, printed out their shipping labels and shipped them off through FedEx, and USPS. According to the contract I don't get paid for 31 days. They sent me an email requesting my payment preference and I wanted my checks direct deposited.

So' I opened a new bank account to have my checks direct deposited. It never happened, they disappeared with my pay, they never deposited the money. I worked for those people for a month, Lost my unemployment because I was working for them only to find out it was a bogus job.

I have proof of everything, copies of all the receipts and shipping labels to were the packages were being shipped. I even have one of there packages here that never got shipped. I communicated with two people over the phone during working hours; Joanna (206) 201-2452, and Marishca (206) 855-3127 both had Russian accent. All the numbers have been disconnected.

Pavel Moravec, Director, C&S Logistics Solutions, Pobrezni 95/74 Praha-Praha 8, Czech Republic, is also a software Development Engineer at skype and some how connected to LinkedIn job website. His Name is on the contract with his signature.

They claim to have gotten my Resume off career builder but I believe LinkedIn website have something to do with it.

These people have a copy of my Drivers License and my Account Information along with the routing. I,m going to close out the account but I don't know what there intention are with my information but it can't be good. They owe me $2075.00 in wages. Ink cartridge, and gas not included.

I am pretty sure they are using my name to ship their packages to other managers they hired.
