International boundaries
Place order on October 4, for microwave and beverage frig. They request payment by Amazon gift card. Sent the gift card information on Oct 7 and receive notification being shipped on the 8th. Delivery should be 16th or 17th. By the 18th, items never arrived. I requested the insured number but they never provided. On the 21st, they investigate and was not able to locate shipment. Since it was insured they offered a refund or reorder. I requested a refund. the refund process could take up to 72 hours until completed. 72 hours came and went, NO REFUND. They no longer reply to my email. NO PHONE NUMBER. BUYER BEWARE!!
