The site is very convincing, Ill give it that.
I should have looked for reviews first before making a purchase.

I placed an order online for a Canon T5i DSLR, the price was to amazing to pass up! $499 for just the body?! So I made an account, filled out all the info and clicked order. Later today I realized that I had put the wrong name for billing address. So I called them, *pressed 3* for sales, to which it rang 1 time, I heard somebody pick up the phone then put me on hold for about a minute. I talked with a man who never gave a name, he changed the name for my billing address without missing a beat. BEFORE I COULD SAY "THANK YOU", he tried to talk me down to a Canon T4i with a much more expensive deal. I replied "no, I will stick with the T5i body". This is when you could clearly tell he got frustrated. After that he tried to sell me a battery for the T5i claiming that "You have to buy a battery from us!" I said "No, that's not part of the deal." He told me that I have to get a battery from them and I only have 2 choices. I said "Give me the cheapest one then." Then he went on to try and sell me all sorts of accessories. Then he proceeded to tell me that my total was $786. To which I said "Wait, what!?". His reply was "Well you now placed an order for a battery, quick charger, camera case, camera cleaner, etc. It's now $786." I said "No, all I want is the camera body". He said "FINE! US or International model" I said "what's the deal for the $499 T5i". To which he replied "it's going to take 2-3 weeks, bye" *Click* and he hangs up on me.

At no time does it take 2-3 weeks, unless it's from overseas.

Good thing I am good friends with people at my bank. Will be making a claim today and canceling my order ASAP.
