Dear Sir

I wish to complain to your company for the following reasons.

Last Friday i looked on Google for a loan company. Your company came up so i decided to check it out.
To my surprise i was rushed into signing a form and never had a chance to read or sort any details.

The next thing i received an email from you, attached was another company’s name. It stated i had a choice of 3 loans. And that was it.

I do not pick loans in that way, i was rushed. So i sent an email back to your company an hour later saying i wasn’t interested in any loan.

I didn’t receive a reply, i then repeated this, still no reply. I then asked on your website for a cancellation form, remember this was last Friday afternoon, still no reply.

I then read your note saying i would be charged for using the service, The form stated i would receive a loan pack in the post. Which never arrived?

As this never arrived i thought it was cancelled. Then to my horror a £1 was taken from my account. I then sent you 3 more emails via your website saying terms and conditions, no phone number or answer which i had asked, just a terms and conditions page.

All it said was send the cancel form by post, i have never sent or asked the other company for anything. You just sent it to me assuming i wanted it.

I wish for you to cancel any dealings with your company on the following grounds.

1. I have never received any mail from that company you state has ok me for a loan.
2, I cancelled an hour after, I sent u the enquiry form back stating this.
3. why did it take till the following Tuesday evening to get any reply email.
4, i asked for the cancel form even though the company didn’t send anything by post as you stated.
5, Why did it take you 5 days to answer my emails and to send me a form.
6. why it wasn’t cancelled an hour after, as i sent the reply to you then.
7, why do you not have a phone number to contact you.


You have not bothered to contact me till 5 days after i contacted you. This seems like you don’t listen you are going to do what you want whatever.

It seems to me that the reason you don’t have phone contact is that you know you will get customers contacting you easier. Your terms and conditions are hidden.

Once i read them i cancelled it, Also your parent company has a phone number but you don’t. Every time i contacted via portal/email all i got from your customer service was a standard reply with, terms and conditions. no answer to my cancellation.

I sent 3 emails to your portal i got the same standard reply 3 times.


send loan terms and conditions when i hadn’t even agreed, then you cant be contacted
This is.nothing but a money making issue, you don’t worry about customer service. You Your terms and conditions state i will receive a letter and loan pack you send 1st class. Since last Friday nothing has arrived. Just in that case alone you You have not done what u promised in your terms and conditions.

I sent your cancel form back on Wednesday,, i don’t know what im cancelling, i haven’t agreed anything.

I want all my fees cancelled and i paid £1.70 for the postage which i had to register because i don’t trust you..

If i don’t get an answer i will be taking this further Its amazing you have a receptionist with a headphone set on your loan website and you don’t have a number
