Stackable Whirlpool wash/dry - $550 (Leschi/Madrona)

I contacted the above add and Kerry Gates the one who was answering my e mail and told me that Buzz is the one who is selling and will deliver it. Buzz Bruggeman delivered on Setptember 22nd. I had to remove the old machine but the guy who was supposed to remove did not arrive before the new machine arrive so I could not test it. Anyway, after I placed the washer and dryer Buzz delivered, I found out the they had two power plugs instead of one plug which I had before. The dryer plug was totally different shape but washer had regular plug so I tried to turn the power on.
However, it did not turn on at all so I called Buzz and left a message. He replied and send me the truble shoot site from Whirlpool. I told him that it still did not work after trying everything so he called the whirlpool to make an appointment for repair man to come out. The repair man came on October 4th and found out some parts were missing so he said it will take 2-5 days to come back. I did not hear back from anybody for a week so I tried to contact Buzz many times but no reply and finally got an e mail saying Whirlpool will charge him $300 for service, parts and labor+tax. He asked me to pay $150 since he did not expected the repair or he told me that he could refund me the money and pick up the machine. I asked him to pick it up and give me money back since I have to make additional oulet on the wall in order to use the washer anyway. I kept calling sending e mails but nothing for another week and he said he was out of town so he can pick it up early this week, but nothing again. I have tried to contact him so many times and send an e mail to Kerry Gates who was originally posted the add but none of them replied. I have been stuck with unworking machines for a month now. It is so terrible and I even do not know which parts I need in order to make it work... Please let me know how I can get help from somebody or maybe lawyer..
