I went onto the website to see about ordering the Pure Garcinia Cambogia. Was supposed to be $2.95 for shipping only as a trial. I did not feel totally confident in the transaction and thought I have closed without completing the transaction however, on 10/13/13 my credit card was charged $79.00. I looked back at my emails and there was a confirmation email for only the $2.95 on the 9th. I called the number on my credit card and was told it was shipped on the 10th. Emailed the company again on Monday 10/21 requesting information on how it was shipped as I had not received anything. No response. I received the shipment 10/22 (shipped on 10/18/13)invoice showing $0.00 unit price. When I called the number from my credit card I was told "there is a 3 day trial period - FROM THE DAY YOU ORDER - to cancel if you do not like the product" How are you supposed to know if you do not like a product if you do not even have it. Totally false advertising. They do not put any return information or company information anywhere on the packingslip/invoice.
