I agreed to purchase a sample of Garcina Cambogia Max for $4.99 from this company through a pop-up ad on the internet, the picture of the bottle on the ad stated that it was a bottle of 30 pills but I only received a bottle of ten pills and then 5 days later received a bill for $105.95 for another bottle of 30 pills. On the original site it asked me if I wanted to purchase at that time another bottle and I clicked on the no button, I called them to say I did not want to order anything else and they informed me that there was a 30% restocking fee if I returned it. When the packaged arrived I took it to the post office and they said I could refuse it and it would be returned and I could track the package to make sure they received it. They did receive it on the 10/18/2013 and I waited to see if they would refund the other 70%. When this did not happen, I called up the number I originally spoke to and was told because I refused the package I am no longer eligible for a refund per their agreement. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I needed to call back the same number I was talking to and ask for a supervisor. I told the person speaking that there was no option to select to speak to a person and that I had just called the number and was answered by that person,she then said to go to the website and find another number to call there, and I told her that Google does not come up with a website address, at which time she refused to give me such an address and eventually hung up on me. Now I am stuck with no recourse except to file a complaint with the state of Michigan and wonder if any thing gets done.
