I signed up for the free trial under the impression that I was only going to have to pay the shipping and handling. I was hounded from the get go and told the people that I didn't want the product and they could cancel my order right then. I was given a cancellation code and a RMA number needed for the return of the product. When the bottles came in, I took them straight to the post office and filled out my express mail envelope and mailed them back. My account was already charged for this "purchase" and when I called to see what was up I was told that once the package had been verified I would receive my refund. It has been over 30 days and no refund has been seen. When I try to call the number I don't even get an answer anymore. At least before I was talking to someone with broken English, and they all told me different stories. Still checking my bank account daily and calling daily to get back the money they took. Hopefully this will help as well.
