This company has called my 16 year old's phone several times. They leave messages telling him "Nancy XXXXXXXX is being sued. Here is your affidavit number. You need to contact our office immediately." and of course it is during school hours and interrupts his learning. Not to mention we don't even know who the darned person is!! I have called them twice to have his phone number removed from their calling list and any association with the account. Upon doing so I was yelled and screamed at by their "customer service" under Option 2. I made it clear that if my son was contacted again I would press charges for harassment. They are a COLLECTION AGENCY, horrible tactic to use against people. I have been to the website of "UNITED ASSET SERVICES", which is the name of the company when you call. This link gives so much information about the company, which is a fraud. Here is the real information on this company.

This is their website, U.A.C.G. Florida Commercial Collection Agency Debt Recovery Firm. Upon further investigation of the website Performance Source II Ltd. is listed as the actual owners of the website. It plainly states "UNITED ASSET | U.A.C.G. Performance Source II Ltd. The A/R Help Company Has Purchased The Rights To www.unitedassetcollects.com". The phone number that called me was out of North Carolina however. So in less than 10 minutes, I have discovered at least 5 different addresses, 8 phone numbers that have been associated with the one that called me, and several other websites lodging complaints against this company.
