on august 24th, i sent my sunglasses in to this scam company for repair. i had to prepay return postage and then pay them after they received glasses and gave cost of rewelding the broken plastic arm. i never heard back from them for weeks and when i called a dozen times and emailed over and over i was given many different stories from it being a jewish holiday and no one was working to the welding machine was broken, to i cant help you youll just have to wait till the factory sends them out.i complained to amex as well. finally after one last call i received them on the 20th of october glued with crazy glue all over the arm and they immediately broke again. they were never repaired. this company doesnt exist. they are just taking money and you are lucky to get them back in the same broken condition as they were when first sent in.
they need to be put out of business. the glasses are now damaged with glue and unfixable. they need to be punished. i noticed they do this all the time to many customers. they are so stupid they told me they are a worldwide repair facility and are so busy that it takes a few weeks to get glasses back. but they advertise a quick repair at the facility i mailed them to.
