I logged on to receive a sample offering for the cost of shipping, 2.95. When I submitted my order my account was charged 159.00 and an attempt at another 48,00. I realized something was wrong and called customer service. They told me there was nothing I could do. It was a fri. They r not available on weekends,so after calls to my bank and this co. Finding this website in the place of a suppnow.com website. I knew I'd been had. I cancelled my card and called on Monday. I was calm and nice but insistent that I had made a mistake online. I was offered a 50% refund if I kept the product and released them from further refunds. I checked the form and there was a question about free product? I called again and negotiated more product and the 50% refund. After 3 calls and two good representatives . I found out. On this website you r not paying for shipping for a sample . U r paying for 3 days to decide if u want this product so no action further action on your part authorizes them to take 159.00 for two bottles of product. This agreement is in their terms and agreement form that u have to agree to before u can proceed with the sample transaction. The box is pre agreed too. Beware this website is set up at every page to trick you some how into them being able to access your account. Tis is terrible trickery. The only other thing I was informed could be done was to wait for the product to arrive , ship it back, ask for a full refund. I chose to cut my losses take the 50% off and more product. Expensive lesson. But by staying calm asking intelligent questions and perseverance at least I got 75.00 back! I'm not thrilled but I can live with my mistake of being fooled by this website. Beware these r not ethical practices for any Co.To use. But online selling and buying can be a shady business! Remember you only have 3 days to negotiate anything with this co. The weekends count even though they r not Available !
