Ordered Free Trail of Mango. Now Credit card is being billed. Sent an e-mail to the company with the e-mail provided, however was told that e-mails to this address will not be answered. This is the only contact info I have: e-mail below

Please cancel this order, Please do no bill my credit card. The trial offer has
Been resent to you as I was unhappy with the product. I contacted your customer service rep and was told that this order is cancelled
and no more product will be sent. Why are you sending me more? Getting this trial has become a nightmare!!! Just because you have my credit card number doesn't give you permission to sent product and bill me whenever you feel the need. I will never sign up for a FREE trail again, as they certainly are not free. I am disgusted by your negative marketing tactics, and will never order product from this company again.

note that there is no tracking number for this shipment so I cannot even cancel through USPS. It also states that an order was placed on Oct 18. I never ordered anything on that date.
