I was a non subscriber on this site; just waiting for the right person to come along and the rates to drop. On the above date I received an email for a 25% discount and so i chose one month @ $12.35 with a $3,50 processing fee, completed the forms w/credit card, and the next page was a receipt for $44.45. I emailed my concern, asked for a refund of the overcharge as well as an acknowledgement of the error within 24 hours. No response from the website.
