Gave a diposit for an apartment. And 2 days later tells me he cant give me the apartment cause it was promised to someone else. The diposit was for taking the apartment off the market. He does not want to refund my money. He lied to me and my family. Please help. I need my money back to continue to look for a place to live for my family. Im tired of people taking advantage of me and my family situation.
