With purchase of our new vehicle on September 20th, 2005, we have also purchased extended service plan through Signet Financial Group for 72 months or 75,000 miles whichever comes first. The purchase price of this contract was $1,905.00. This contract came with the refund agreement to receive full amount ($1,905.00) back if we don't use the service during 72 months. The contract had expired on 09/20/2011. We had tried to contact the Signet Financial Group several times on telephone number listed on documentation, but there was no answer. We have contacted dealership that we purchased the vehicle from and were informed that Signet Financial Group is no longer in business. We cannot believe that company like that could just disappear without any consequences for not fulfilling their obligations toward their clients. There should be someone in charge to contact. We have fulfilled all of the terms of the contract signed on 09/20/2005 and are entitled to full refund of $1,905.00.
