Sir,
i was asked to take two packages on 27th june and i paid trough my sbi debit card as desired by their agents and again on 1st august they said the payment is not received to correct address hence again promising that the previous booking will be cancelled and the same will be credited to my sbi account and making lucrative offer of one dell laptop of about Rs.48000/- and will be dispatched to my address and again for two bookings of each Rs.6948/- making total 4 bookings and sent 5 covers of their tour slips and after complaining to the manager and repeated mails on 18th for my 4 packages they are offering a digital camera and they want to grab all the money by cheating the company is irresponsible and the manager said the agents were removed from the company is this the justice i get for my repeated mails and queries
hence i request to take stern action against the management and book a case of fraud and cheating under section 420 for helping the innocent customers by this kind of cheaters.
