I don't know who else to ask and file a complaint againts the company. They don't answer my calls or emails anymore. I placed an order way back 11/26/2011 and first they charged me for $79.99 for the items and $11.60 fos shipping. Then they sent me message that saying I need to add $9.50 more for shipping for Alaska. So I paid the $9.50 difference. Then they said they will process my order but it might take awhile since its a back order. But I never receive my order so I tried to contact them both phone and email but never get an answer so I decided to cancel my order instead because it's been years and still not getting my orders. I cancelled my order online because they never answer me on phone or email. I received confirmation for cancellation but I never get my money back until now! and it's already 10/18/2013!!!!! I have all the documentations like emails and confirmations I can provide.
