We paid originally an amount 11 July 2012 of £119.99. They chased us further for a payment of £179.99 in January 2013. They constantly phoned us and we informed them we no longer wanted this service, as they had not actually given us any internet directory service whatsoever. We wrote them a very lengthy email (as we were unable to contact them on the phone which just went to voicemail with no-one calling us back) telling them we no longer wished to deal with them. No response was received. We have now discovered that they have taken a payment of a further £179.99 from our credit card on 20 August 2013. We have since discovered that this all appears to be a scam. How do we stop them doing this, and could be receive our money back?
