I signed up for the *FREE TRIAL* offer and if you cancelled before the 10 day mark you wouldn't be charged. I never even received the product before the 10 day mark! I did cancel it before the 10 days and they charged me anyway!!! I called and talked to one man and he said no problem, return the product and they would authorize the refund in 3-5 business days... 5 business days later, nothing. Called again, and the next person I spoke to said I was only able to get a 50% refund and it would be processed in 3-5 business days... nothing. Called again last week and was told I was getting my full refund in 3-5 business days and I still have nothing returned to my account. Now I am calling and nobody is answering.
