I tried to purchase RS Gold from rsmoneysell. I thought the transaction never went thru because I was not contacted & there was no purchase varification or receipt. A day later I saw a debit on my bank statement I couldn't account for. In checking it out I found the debit was to rsmoneysell for the gold I tried to purchase. The money exchange went thru PayPal. I contacted them and they suggested I file a complaint and that they would get me in touch with the vendor, I did and they did. I finally got on a live chat with a person who said her name was Susan. She told me they would send the gold as soon as I withdraw the complaint. we had some discussion about trust, she then told me I would need to prove I was me & they wanted a copy of my drivers license and my credit card. I contacted PayPal, they said once the claim is canceled I couldn't reopen it. And, Im not that stupid to just fork over all my personal information, especially after they just gave me the shaft on the gold. We resumed our live chat and I explained what pay pal said. Susan then told me they tried to help me but I wouild not cooperate and she ended the chat. I have escalated the complaint to a claim and am waiting for the reply from PayPal. They didn't give me much reassurance about getting my money back, this being a non tangible transaction.
