He/she expressed interest on items I posted on Yahoo Auction site. Suspect agreed to transfer payment to my persoanl bank account in HK. He/she also palyed the role of the bank which he/she claimed to be RBS (Roayl Bank of Scotland). He/she issued a receipt/email claiming the money has been paid and held by the bank and once I show them I shipped the item to the requested address (which is his/her son's address in Whitby, Ontario, Canada). With good faith, I sent the items, but then his/her bank claimed that there were a minimum transfer limit and she then transferred HK$7000 extra, and I agreed to transfer her the differece. Carelessly, I just wanted to finish this trasaction, and wire the money to the son by Moneygram suggested by the bank. I don't expect I'll be able to get the money back, but just wish someone can warn other users. And report to you if they happen to come accross this user.
He/she also uses following names and emails:
Brian Markland, [email protected], [email protected] and he/she also claim to be Tom Davis of the Royal Bank of Scotland.
