Same story as hundreds of others. Saw a free sample, gave my information for a free "trail" not knowing that it meant I was going to be receiving an item I had to again pay for the return shipping for in 10 days or being paying $100 for a product I have not even actually tried & don't care that much to try. Upon seeing the charge on my account, I instantly called, whereupon they instantly gave me the song & dance that I was stuck with it. Then, gave me the wonderful news that I could receive a maximum return of $40. What the hay!?? I just got charged $100 for a product that was advertised as free & when it is totally unused and unopened within 30 days of the order, you won't even give me half of that back? I understand, maybe the loss of my return shipping charges, shame on me for not reading the fine print, but to just take $60? It seems just wrong. I am waiting for a call from the supervisor within 24-48hrs. So glad they're in a hurry to get back to me. Or are they that backed up with complaints? I hope to resolve this further, but won't hold my breath. The guy I talked to just tried to get me to settle for the $40 and made it sound like supervisors are less likely to give more.
