I RECEIVED THE PRODUCT FIRST SHIPMENT. WAS CHARGED IN MY MASTER CARD WHICH I DID NOT GIVE YOU THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE MASTER CARD NUMBER. I DON'T KNOW WHERE YOU GOT MY NUMBER. THIS IS NOT MY PERMISSION WHERE YOU CAN GET THE NUMBER AND USE IT. ALSO, SECOND SHIPMENT WAS RETURNED TO YOU. I DO NOT WANT THIS PRODUCT CAUSE IT TOOK THE FIRST LAYER OF MY SKIN OFF. THEREFORE IT DOESN'T WANT TO HEAL. SORRY BUT THIS PRODUCT ACTED LIKE A SUNBURN TO MY FACE. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO RETURN THE FUND BACK TO MY MASTER CARD. BY ALL MEANS YOU HAVE ACTED WRONG TO MY DOING SINCE YOU ADVERTISED THAT THE PRODUCT WAS FREE. WHY ARE YOU CHARGING ME.

another complained returned item and am charged for it alore and lorelia are the items. If product is free its has to be free I paid the postage. December 9/12 $ 106.16
December 20/12 $103.60 these items are by one each.
