I was too told to show re payment on green dot and then an hour later they called for some back taxes I owed when I knew I didn't. I did not receive the loan and now they are threatening me with law suit. Can they really do that? I now am trying to speak to a criminal lawyer to find out my options. I also don't trust anyone or anything on the net. My husband is so ticked off he is ready to sue for mental anguish as well.
